Rhea Matute is the Executive Director of the DTI - Design Center of the Philippines, an institute promoting the use and appreciation of good design by strengthening the Filipino design industry, and improving the range, quality and competitiveness of the country's services and products. Rhea also leads the ASEAN Creative Cities Forum and Exhibition, a Design Center initiative with the Department of Trade and Industry that explores the potential of developing creative communities in the Philippines.
Making Futures is an international knowledge exchange platform by the British Council and Plymouth College of Art. It is supported by the British Council’s Crafting Futures global programme, Design Center of the Philippines and the DOST - PTRI.
