Japan Visa Applications Updates‼️

✅Visa Application Availability: Visa applications for Japan are open for everyone, with appointments available through the official website.

✅ Visa Application Centers: Japan Visa Application Centers (JVAC) are located in Makita, Quezon City, Paranaque, Cebu, and Davao. Applications can be submitted in person or through a representative (family member or travel agent).

✅ Role of Travel Agents: Travel agents can assist with applications at these locations, but appointment bookings are managed similarly to other regions worldwide.

✅ Application Limitations: JVAC is currently limiting the number of applications due to capacity constraints, with hopes of expanding the availability of slots soon.

✅ Biometrics: No biometric submission is needed for the Japan visa application, which eliminates the requirement for in-person submissions that are common in other countries like UK and EU.

✅ Processing Time: Expect the visa processing to take approximately 5-6 working days from the date of submission.

✅ Queue and Patience: Long lines may be present during the submission process, and applicants should be prepared for delays. It’s advisable to bring water, snacks, and ample patience.

✅ Availability of Slots: As of April 10, 2025, there are no available appointment slots for visa applications in May and June across all locations.
