PAYMENT INSTRUCTION:

6. Under Reference Number or Payors Name, write down your FULL NAME AND TOUR DESTINATION.
7. Send scanned copy of the deposit slip to [email protected] to process your booking.
8. As soon as your payment has been verified by VGTT, the status of your payment transaction will change to “Completed”, and we will send Booking Voucher as proof of your payment. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Credit Card Payment: Full Payment is required with 5% service charge. All Cash payment shall ONLY be made to Viajero Gabrielle Travel and Tour Account (bank details provided above). All slots are on a first- come, first – served basis. Registered participants will be required to deposit P500 per person down payment (deductible from the total package rate). Remaining balance will be collected 7 days before the scheduled trip. Failure to comply with the payment procedure would mean cancellation of the reservation. Confirmed reservations are strictly non refundable but is considered transferable to the third party designated by the client otherwise the participant's group will be responsible for the payment of his/her balance. Viajero Gabrielle Travel and Tour, has the right to cancel any tour that does not reach the required minimum number of participants (at least 12 pax per van). All trip/ tour details and itinerary may be altered or cancelled due to unpredictable weather condition, hazardous conditions, uncontrollable circumstances or any fortuitous event which may arise. We always put your safety first. In the event that a tour gets cancelled due to these reasons, it will be reschedule to another date or you may join other available tour. All deposits and payments should be scanned and emailed to us as ([email protected] ) soon as possible. After receiving and confirming your deposit, please expect your Tour Voucher with reference number from us. The reference number would signify your confirmed reservation/ booking with us, please do not forget to bring a valid ID as you present your Voucher to the assigned Tour Coordinator/Driver
Please be at the pickup point on or before the designated time. An allowance of only 30 minutes will be given for late comers. The company has the right to depart without waiting for other participants. In this event, no refunds will be given for registered participants that does not come in time. Child policy: Maximum of one 4 yrs. old and below is free of charge, sharing bed. Baggage policy: 1 Bag only. Trolleys are not allowed. Pet policy: Pets are not allowed
No show on your booking dates will render the voucher forfeited. VGTT, its employees, representatives, and tour coordinators shall not be responsible and liable for any accident, loss, injury, and damage to property in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services resultingdirectly or indirectly from any occurrence or defects of vehicles, breakdown of equipment, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delay or cancellation or change in the itinerary. VGTT reserves the right to terminate servicing to any participants who in its opinion is prejudicing the harmony of the tour group by being abusive and disruptive, a burden to the group or for any reason by his/her conduct hinders the successful operation of the tour and affects the other guests as well as the employees.
