Our business was built and founded in 2010. It was originally planned as a Dormitory for University Students and the following years we transitioned into a Transient House or Board and Lodging business. We are located at Tamag, Vigan City just a few blocks away from The University of Northern Philippines. Using the school as a point of reference, slowly head straight along the Quirino Boulevard

and look for the BDM building across the street. From there you may call on our staff to direct you in our Building. Our building is fully air-conditioned and offers rooms such as:

Third floor: Two(2) Penthouse suite:
-Has it's own functional Kitchen, Dining room, Living room and a Bathroom.
-Can accommodate a maximum of 5-6 persons each room. (Additional beds can be given upon request). Second Floor: Four (4) Apartment type rooms.
-Has it's own functional Kitchen, Dining room, Living room and a Bathroom.
-Can accommodate a maximum of 8-10 persons each room. First Floor: Five (5) Dormitory Type rooms.
-Kitchen, Dining room, Living Room and Bathroom are shared. (we have six (6) shared bathrooms)
-Can accommodate a Total of 30-35 persons in all rooms. Prices of each room will vary depending on the number of people and season. Other Auxiliary services that are not mentioned will be detailed upon contacting us by either Private
Message or by Phone. In behalf of the Management and our staff, We will do our best to serve you and give you the best experience while staying in our Town and humble Home.

Our Story

Our business was built and founded in 2010. It is own and managed by Mr. Fernando Quilana and Mrs. Leticia S. Quilana. Originally, it was planned as a Dormitory for University Students and the following years we transitioned into a Transient House or Board and Lodging business. We are located at Tamag, Vigan City just a few blocks away from The University of Northern Philippines. Using the school as a point of reference, slowly head straight along the Quirino Boulevard and look for the BDM building across the street. We also have expanded our business adding two Bungalow houses with a Landscaped garden located at Cabaroan Laud, Vigan City. This is best for Family and group tours, if you want a real provincial experience with a beautiful panorama and a peaceful environment.
