Cebu Pacific Air will resume its direct weekly flight between Macao and Manila starting 5 February.

Apart from flights to and from Taiwan, the Cebu Pacific service will be the second scheduled international flight using Macao International Airport since Scoot resumed its Singapore route in April 2021.

As the Philippines has been listed as one of the foreign countries with an extremely high risk for Covid-19, passengers who take this flight will need to present certificates for three nucleic acid tests, conducted within five days of the intended departure date; each test must be at least 24 hours apart.

In addition, passengers face 28 days centralised isolation medical observation, which will rise to 35 days if tested positive for serologic testing

Cebu Pacific Bayanihan flights for November

As of November 24, 2021; 12 PM

Cebu Pacific will operate Bayanihan Flight 5J 17 from Dubai to Manila on November 26, 27 and 29, 2021.

These special commercial flights can accommodate Filipinos and foreign nationals. Please take note of the following guidelines for these flights:

All passengers must register for One Health Pass through the website: https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC/ before departing Dubai. Upon completion, each passenger will be issued a personal QR code. This must be presented upon check-in for the flight, and upon arrival in the Philippines.

For unvaccinated / partially vaccinated individuals, or those whose vaccination status cannot be verified

Confirmed booking in an accredited quarantine hotel/facility for at least 6 nights

Pre-register for the RT-PCR test, to be done on the 5th day from arrival at Manila through PADLab

*Please note that Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who are required to undergo facility-based quarantine and RT-PCR test upon arrival are to coordinate with OWWA or their local manning agency for their RT-PCR test and facility-based quarantine upon arrival.

For fully vaccinated individuals
Foreign Nationals

Proof of Vaccination
Negative RT-PCR test result, conducted within 72 hours before departure. Foreign nationals who will not be able to present a negative RT-PCR test result will undergo a facility-based quarantine upon arrival, until the release of a negative RT-PCR test (swab on the 5th day)
Filipino Citizens

Proof of Vaccination

Filipinos with negative RT-PCR test result presented (conducted within 72 hours before departure) – no quarantine upon arrival

Filipinos WITHOUT RT-PCR test before departure - test upon arrival at the airport; quarantine until release of negative results

It is recommended that Filipinos present their negative RT-PCR result (conducted within 72 hours before departure) upon check-in, so they no longer need to undergo quarantine upon arrival.

*For the purposes of verification, the following will be accepted as proof of vaccination

Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their spouse, parent/s, and/or children traveling with them vaccinated in the Philippines or abroad, Non-OFWs vaccinated in the country or abroad, and Foreigners vaccinated in the Philippines
-VaxCertPH digital vaccination certificate or Bureau of Quarantine/World Health Organization-issued International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICV), or National digital certificate of the foreign government where they were vaccinated, whichever is available

Foreign nationals vaccinated abroad
-WHO-issued ICV, or National digital certificate of the foreign government which has accepted VaxCertPH under a reciprocal arrangement

Hope clients will understand this & thanks for those who already do 🙂

“THE REAL TALK ABOUT TRAVEL AGENTS" by JupiterXVI

1. "Tao lang, natutulog din."
Don't expect them to respond to your message right away during wee hours. They also have families and they deserve to rest during their day off. So when you see the sign
"CLOSED ON SUNDAYS" or
"SATURDAY HALF-DAY", please expect to receive the response on the next available day.

2. They will always appreciate your PATIENCE, big time! You are not the only client they have and as much as they want to do all things at the same time, they can't. But rest assured they will attend to your needs. 🙂
They will always prioritize emergency cases and urgent bookings for sure.

3. They are professionals and your transactions are purely BUSINESS and NOTHING PERSONAL.
Please respect their Terms, policies and booking procedures. This is not to make you do so much work but to ensure all are in place.

If you can write your information/sign with your name repeatedly when the bank tells you because it's their protocol, then there should be no problem when the travel agent asks you to sign the T&C / reply back with your confirmation.

4. They DO NOT CONTROL EVERYTHING. Flight delays, cancellation, weather, traffic conditions, immigration decisions, visa approvals, and the like. So please do not blame the travel agents for any of these. Trust me, they do not want this to happen too.

5. OBSERVATION: Clients who carry the most positive vibe, those who understand, and those who show respect from the start of the process all throughout, experience the most rewarding travel experience. And clients who are mean, who think once they pay they "own you", and those who are demanding (in a wrong way), mostly experience #4.

6. The VOUCHERS exist because they are IMPORTANT. Please and we mean, PLEASE, READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE VOUCHERS. Generally, the travel agents' mission is to provide a hassle-free travel experience to the guests and as the saying goes, booking with a travel agency is a "two-way street". If you want hassle-free, you need to participate. You need to read the instructions so you won't get lost at the airport, miss your tours or even miss your flight!

7. BOOKING ERRORS or not getting what you paid for. This is the most nightmare of travel agents. You see, when you arrive at the destination, you will be handled by the local operators and as much as the agents want to GUARANTEE the trip to be perfect, they can't. This is because of #4 - THEY DO NOT CONTROL EVERYTHING. But of course, if you have concerns, please contact the travel agents immediately so they still have time to fix the problem.

A professional travel agent faces the problem and won't hide. Honestly, you cannot avoid little mishaps but everything can be settled professionally - no need to disrespect or bad mouth them. Remember they are professionals, not someone you paid to be your "travel slave". You cannot demand but you can REQUEST. You can always ask nicely and they may even be your friend in the future. 😊

8. These TRAVEL AGENTS, though some still work at home, does not mean they did not put their time, effort, money, hard work, and their whole heart to start this business from scratch. You might think just because they are online (no physical office), selling packages on Facebook, that they earn too little for you to disrespect. You have no idea how much these travel agents can earn with their full focus, effort, and hard work. So please, treat them like a real Travel Partner. Share to them your good and bad travel experience during the tour, what you think can help them improve and send them your honest feedback.

A fruitful relationship with you is more rewarding for them than the income they gained from your trip.

NOTE: This is only true to PROFESSIONAL TRAVEL AGENTS NOT SCAMMERS 😜
