On the Ground in Spa
Today, we went to Spa, Barangay Inararo to personally bring additional goods from our previous relief efforts and, more importantly, to see the situation on the ground.
We met with community leaders, residents, and other institutions to better understand what the community needs and what should be prioritized in the coming days.
The situation is still difficult. Many families have lost important belongings, homes have been damaged, and the community now faces the bigger challenge of rebuilding.
We also want to give everyone an important update regarding the donations you entrusted to us.
As of today, the funds we raised remain untouched. We will not rush to spend them. Instead, we will coordinate with the community leaders and concerned institutions to determine the most appropriate and meaningful way to use the funds for the rebuilding and recovery of the community.
As of 6:08PM 08/18/26 we have received Gcash: P39,498.12, BPI: P31,996 and Maya: P1,610 for a grand total of P73,104.12
We want every peso donated to be used responsibly, transparently, and where it can create the greatest impact.
Thank you to everyone who continues to stand with the people of Spa and the communities of Inararo. This is no longer just about immediate relief. We are now looking toward recovery, rebuilding, and helping the community rise again. 🙏❤️
