• 50% Downpayment (non-refundable)

• ₱2,000 Security Deposit (refundable if no damages)

• 1-time reschedule (min. 2 weeks before check-in)

Additional Fees:
• ₱200/pax for excess guests beyond 10 pax
• ₱500/hour for Early or Late Check-in/Check-out
• ₱500/pet (after the first small pet — 1 free, must wear diaper)
