TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.To confirm the reservation 30% down payment is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the departure.
2. For any changes, please inform us within 8 days before the tour schedule.
3. Downpayment is non-refundable.
4. Slots may only be guaranteed once payment has been received.
5. Slots are ALWAYS subject to availability.
6. We accept Bank Transfer (BPI & BDO), Palawan Express, Western Union and Smart Padala as the mode of payments for efficient payment tracking.
7. For sure reservation please send the list of names of the guests with age and contact number of the lead guest for communication and instructions.
8. If reservation has been made, please take picture of your deposit slip/transaction receipt or screen shot if online payment then send it on our FB page or email us for confirmation.
