Sea Nomads Expeditions is hiring an Operations Manager based in Coron, Palawan.

We are looking for someone with real managerial experience capable of leading and organizing daily operations in a fast-paced tourism environment.

What we are looking for:
• Proven experience in managerial or operations positions
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience hiring, organizing, and supervising staff
• Ability to coordinate logistics, schedules, and overall operations
• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, expeditions, or similar industries is highly valuable
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Someone highly organized, proactive, and accountable

What we offer:
• Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱50,000 depending on experience and profile
• Accommodation included (private room & private bathroom)
• Opportunity to grow with one of the leading expedition companies in Palawan
