This Ilocos Empanada from has the ultimate crunch. 👌
The empanada is soo good on its own, but the S**a takes it to a whole new level.

Pro tip: Drench it in S**a (Vinegar) to unlock all that savory flavor.
The tanginess of the S**a (Vinegar) is a good contrast to the crunch. It makes every bite more flavorful!
