UPDATE: The DFA now accepts Airman License (issued from August 2016 onwards) as a valid ID for passport applications. https://dfa.gov.ph/100-passport-information/141-list-of-acceptable-ids-at-least-1-of-the-following

We still do not accept the following IDs and documents: Postal ID, TIN, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, Barangay ID, Police Clearance, Barangay Clearance, SSS E-1 Form, LTO Driver's License receipt, paper-format Student Driver's Permit, IBP ID, and company ID.

Tropical Cyclone: WARNING

ISSUED AT: 5:00 AM, 16 October 2016

TYPHOON "KAREN" HAS MADE LANDFALL OVER BALER, AURORA AND IS NOW IN THE VICINITY OF NUEVA VIZCAYA.

Estimated rainfall amount is from moderate to heavy within the 500 km diameter of the typhoon.
Possible occurrence of storm surges along the coastal communities of areas with TCWS #3 and #2 and flashfloods and landslides over all areas with TCWSs.
Expected to traverse the provinces of Nueva Vizcaya, Nueva Ecija and Tarlac this morning before finally exiting the landmass of the country via Pangasinan this afternoon.
Fisherfolks and those with small seacrafts are advised not to venture out over the northern seaboard of Northern Luzon and over eastern and southern seaboards of Southern Luzon.
Meanwhile at 4 AM today, the Tropical Storm with international name HAIMA was estimated at 1,525 km East of Mindanao (9.7N, 140.2E). It is expected to enter the eastern boundary of the PAR by Monday.

Location of eye/center: At 4:00 AM today, the eye of Typhoon "KAREN" was located based on all available data at In the vicinity of Alfonso Castaneda, Nueva Vizcaya (15.8 °N, 121.3 °E)
Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 150 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 210 kph
Forecast Movement: Forecast to move West Northwest at 22 kph
