🚨 WE ARE HIRING for a CARETAKER/MAINTENANCE POSITION – Villa KAMAYA (Santa Fe Area) 🏡🔧

We are looking for a reliable caretaker to handle basic maintenance and on-call support for Villa Kamaya

Main responsibilities:

• Start and stop the generator during brownouts ⚡
• Small repairs (basic electrical, fixing fixtures, drilling holes, simple cement work) 🛠️
• Pool cleaning and basic pool maintenance 🏊‍♂️
• Wooden deck care and upkeep 🌴
• Gardening and general outdoor maintenance 🌱
• Emergency assistance when needed (power issues, breaker resets, lights not working, urgent small fixes) 🚨

Requirements:

• Lives close to the villa (Santa Fe / Libertad / Salvacion / Santa Cruz etc... ) 📍
• Available and responsive when needed 📞
• Hands-on, practical, and comfortable with basic tools 🔩
• Honest, responsible, and dependable ✅
• Previous maintenance or caretaker experience is a plus 👍
