-in case po may kasmahan kau na my open muffler. pkiadvise na lng po na bawal po itong pumasok sa loob ng subdivision.
-my entrance fee na po ang subdivision 10 pesos per car/ 20 pesos jeep
- No walkins. In case na may walkin please contact us po para msundo po kau sa gate. only 3 persons lang po ang pwede maglakad.At iwasan po mgcreate ng ingay ,bawal ang mgpatugtog ng speaker habng nglalakad o ngpapatugtog habng sakay po ng motor sa loob ng subdivision.
