β’ Monitor and update bookings daily
β’ Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
β’ Handle guest concerns and complaints effectively
β’ Troubleshoot booking-related issues
β’ Familiar with business documentation and legal requirements
β’ Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible schedules

Salary: β±20,000/month + monthly incentives
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
β’ Knowledgeable about tourist destinations in Davao City and other areas of Mindanao
β’ Main duty is to transport guests to and from the airport, accommodations, and other assigned destinations
β’ Follow daily schedules and assignments as instructed by management
β’ Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service when dealing with guests
β’ Strong driving experience and a clean driving record are preferred
β’ Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
