FYI, a single studio type unit sa high rise na condominium will take about 15,20 and 25 years before ma fully paid.

Most of the unit owners invests more money to beautify their unit to attract more customers and para ma market nila sa competitive na price. Now, on top of that money invested, naa pa gyud amortization na gina baydan binuwan and di pa gyud na mao naa pa gyud monthly dues; CONDO DUES, POWER, WATER, INTERNET & SUBSCRIPTION.

Wala pa nay apil ang operational costs like; laundry charge, cleaners fee, condo supplies (cleaning solutions, tissue/amenity kits/toiletries, etc)

Now, if imung budget is below 1k and imung standard for the room is high like 5-star hotel experience ingana na level. Think again, kay wala na sya balance. Unit owners are doing business and not doing charity. Let’s be realistic satong expectations, umasta ng naaayon sa budget😘
