MANDATORY USE OF FACE SHIELDS
In line with directives from the Philippine government, all Cebu Pacific passengers will be required to wear face shields during the entire flight.

This is on top of the mandatory use of face masks upon entering the airport terminal until arrival at the destination.

These safety measures include daily extensive cleaning and disinfection protocols for all aircraft and facilities, rapid antibody testing for all frontliners and crew and contactless flight procedures These are based on global best practices, and adhere to the highest safety standards

We encourage passengers to manage their bookings online via our website, bit.ly/CEBmanageflight. Those on cancelled flights may choose to place the full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund valid for two (2) years; full refund; or opt to rebook to any other travel date within three (3) months, free of charge. If travel is after three (3) months, change fees are still waived, but minimal fare difference may apply.

LOOK: List of airports with LGU clearance to resume commercial flights as of 19 September 2020

As of today, 19 September, there are 32 airports in the country whose Local Government Units (LGUs) have issued orders categorically supporting the resumption* of commercial airport operations in their areas of jurisdiction.

*Some airports, while allowing the resumption of commercial flights, are subject to different documentary and passenger LGU restrictions.

ALL restrictions on non-essential outbound travel by Filipinos have been lifted by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF), Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque announced Tuesday, July 7, 2020.

Under IATF’s Resolution no. 52, the non-essential outbound travel by Filipinos shall be subject to the following conditions:

β–ͺ️Submission of confirmed roundtrip tickets for those traveling on tourist visas;
β–ͺ️Adequate travel health insurance to cover rebooking and accommodation expenses;
β–ͺ️Allowed entry by the destination country in accordance with travel, health and quarantine restrictions;
β–ͺ️Execution of a Declaration acknowledging the risk of the travel; and
β–ͺ️Upon return, shall follow the guidelines of returning overseas Filipinos of the National Task Force.

Airlines have scheduled commercial flights at 18 airports in the country after Local Government Units (LGUs) allowed the commercial operation of the airports in their respective areas.

LOOK: Five airports in Western Visayas remain closed for commercial flights, according to the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP).

In a Facebook post on Monday, CAAP presented a list of airports that are allowed by their respective local government units (LGUs) to have commercial flights.

Airports in Region 6 still restricted for commercial flights are the following:

*Kalibo International Airport
