WHAT HAPPENS WHEN EVERYONE PULLS IN A DIFFERENT DIRECTION?

Sometimes, the ball doesn’t move.

This photo may look like a simple team-building activity—everyone holding a string, connected to a baton, working together to guide a ball through a maze.

But look closer.

This is teamwork in action.

One person cannot complete the challenge alone.

Everyone has to:

👂 Listen to one another
🤝 Trust the team
💬 Communicate clearly
🎯 Understand the goal
🔄 Adjust when things don’t go as planned
🧩 Work together instead of working individually

And here’s the important part:

The goal isn’t simply to finish the maze.

The real value comes from what the team experiences, discovers, and learns along the way.

This is why I believe in experiential team building.

Because sometimes, a team doesn’t need another lecture about communication.

Are you passionate about the travel and tourism industry? Inclusive Travel & Tours, Inc. (inTravel) is looking for a dynamic and service-oriented team member to grow with us!

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or any related course.
- Preferably with experience in travel and tour operations, reservations, ticketing, sales, or customer service.
- Knowledgeable in preparing travel itineraries, tour packages, hotel and transportation bookings, and travel documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email communication, and social media platforms.
- Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when tours or client schedules require it.
