Cancelled Flights Due to Mt. Kanlaon Eruption
As of July 9, 2026; 4:30 PM

Due to the eruption of Mt. Kanlaon and the resulting ashfall affecting Cebu, the following Cebu Pacific (CEB) flights scheduled on July 9, 2026 are cancelled:

DG 6210/6211: Cebu – Legazpi – Cebu
DG 6695/6696: Cebu – Camiguin – Cebu
DG 6793/6794: Cebu – Ozamiz – Cebu
DG 6853/6854: Cebu – Siargao – Cebu
DG 6855/6856: Cebu – Siargao – Cebu
5J 396: Cagayan De Oro – Manila
5J 915/916: Clark – Caticlan – Clark
5J 959/960: Manila – Davao – Manila
5J 1015/1016: Clark – Puerto Princesa – Clark
5J 1085/1086: Clark – Davao – Clark
5J 4300: Cebu – Clark
5J 4301: Clark – Cebu
5J 4308: Cebu – Clark
5J 4525: Cebu – Cagayan De Oro

Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:

1. Free Rebooking
Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund
Full refund of your ticket.

CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and travel fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from Cebu scheduled on July 9, 2026. They may avail themselves of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.

As this is a developing situation, some flight changes may continue to take place. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status and update their contact details via the Manage Booking portal to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates.
For other questions or concerns, passengers may send a message via Online Chat Support on the CEB website, or through CEB’s official Facebook and X accounts.

We will provide updates as necessary.
