3. Previous visa(s), if applicable
4. 2pcs. of recent passport-sized photos - colored with white background
5. Original NSO Birth Certificate (for all applicants)
6. Original Bank Certificate
7. Additional Requirements
Employees? Original Certificate of Employment
Businessman? Photocopies of Business name (SEC or DTI) and/or Mayor?s/Business Permit
Students? Original Certificate of Enrollment and photocopy of Student ID
8. Photocopy of Individual or Business ITR
9. Date of Arrival and Departure in Taiwan (for info only).

Good News Pinoy Travelers: Travel Tax May Soon Be Gone

On March 16, 2026, the House of Representatives approved House Bill No. 8464, or the Travel Tax Abolition Act of 2026, on its third and final reading with 257 votes in favor.

Once signed into law, no airline, agency, or private entity will be allowed to collect travel tax from outgoing passengers. That means lower costs every time you fly, whether you are an OFW, a student, a business traveler, or a family finally going on that long-awaited trip.

Here is what else you need to know:
✈️ Zero travel tax once the law takes effect
💸 Refunds for future flights — if you already paid travel tax for a trip scheduled after the law kicks in, you are entitled to a refund
🏛️ Programs still protected — TIEZA, CHED, and NCCA will continue to receive funding through the national budget

The bill still needs Senate approval and the President's signature before it becomes law. But this is a big step forward.

Effective March 29, 2026
From Terminal 1 to Terminal 3
- Air China (CA)
- China Eastern (MU)
- Vietnam Airlines (VN)
- Royal Brunei (BI)
- Shenzhen Airlines (ZH)

From Terminal 3 to Terminal 1
- Philippines AirAsia (Z2) – International flights only
- AirAsia Berhad (AK)

Effective April 1, 2026
From Terminal 1 to Terminal 3
- Japan Airlines (JL)

Passengers are advised to verify their terminal assignment with their airline prior to travel.
