To those who are looking for a place to stay for this summer, meron pang available spots for the month of May and June.

This house is perfect for big groups or a family who are looking for a place to stay after a long day of island hopping. Spacious house Pwedi Kayo mag party sa ibaba front house or sa itaas my open living space area with karaoke hulog-hulog singko.

Both downstairs and upstairs has aircondition bedrooms at my toilets. Pwedi din mag luto at mag ihaw ihaw. No smoking inside the house at higit sa lahat Clean as you go. Hugasan mga plato at mga pinagluto an before mag check out.

Note: pag more than 40 people I am hesitant to accept sometimes,kasi Hindi ko lahat ma provide ng beddings kung subrang madami mag stay.

Whole house rent is 4,500php for minimum of 10 people. 150 pesos each for extra people. Check in anytime pero ang check out the next day is 10am.

Livingston Airbnb/Staycation is a place for you!!! where whole house are affordable with a comfy 🛏 bed and it’s very convenient place to stay. With ocean view and close to the beaches.

🛏4,500/ night for whole house no limit of the persons can stay (but only 15 persons beddings can provide) with 2 bedrooms up and down. 150 per extra person.
🛏 Downstairs - 1 room with aircon can fit 12-15 persons with sala set, dining set and kitchen.
🛏 Upstairs - 1 room with aircon can fit 6-8 persons with sala set and overlooking/ocean view and karaoke set

2,000 for bedroom only upstairs with toilet,open space living room area and dining plus karaoke (Hulog2x singko). Minimum of 5people

Available sya for rental just message me for booking. Sa gusto mag island hoping madaming bangka sa Amin for rental island hopping. Per head or pakyawan ng rent. Madaming resorts mapuntahan mismo sa isla namin or sa mga katabing islands. It’s budget friendly. Kung stressed ka sa life or work. Libjo dinagat island is the right place for you to unwind. Kung gusto nyo ng cheaper na over night stay, my tent over night rental Ang Jelmars Resorts at Blue Lagoon at kung gusto nyo din mag stay na super comfortable na mismo nasa resort at my aircondation rooms Luta's Beach Resort But if you wanted naman to rent a bigger house where you can cook at Pwedi din mag swimming sa harapan then my house is the perfect place lalo na kung madami Kayo. My house can accommodate up to 20 people or more if willing naman matulog sa sala Ang iba. I have two bedrooms, two kitchen two toilets and shower. Pero sa baba Lang Ang my air-condition room as of now but can fit more than 10 people included kids.
