🇵🇭 FILIPINO BRAND OF SERVICE EXCELLENCE (FBSE) SEMINAR FOR TOURISM WORKERS

The Municipal Government of Dingalan, through its Tourism Office, successfully conducted the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Seminar for Tourism Workers on August 28, 2026, at the MAEDUP Hall, Municipal Building.

The seminar was facilitated by the Department of Tourism (DOT), with Mr. Gil Regondola as the resource speaker.

The activity was attended by tourism workers, particularly tour guides and accommodation personnel, who were given valuable insights and practical knowledge on delivering excellent, warm, and distinctly Filipino service to visitors.

The FBSE program aims to strengthen the culture of quality service, professionalism, hospitality, and genuine Filipino warmth among tourism stakeholders—helping ensure that every visitor experiences the best of Filipino hospitality in Dingalan.

Through continuous capacity-building and skills development, the Municipal Government of Dingalan remains committed to empowering its tourism workforce and providing visitors with a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience.

The Local Government Unit of Dingalan continues to strengthen the capacity of its workforce and frontline personnel through the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) seminar.

The activity was attended by LGU employees and barangay personnel, providing participants with valuable knowledge and practical insights on delivering excellent, warm, and distinctly Filipino service to residents, visitors, and tourists.

Serving as the resource speaker was Mr. Gil Regondola, who shared his expertise on the principles of FBSE and the importance of professionalism, genuine hospitality, positive engagement, and service excellence in creating meaningful experiences for every guest.

The seminar was provided through the Department of Tourism – Region III (Central Luzon), as part of its continuing efforts to enhance the skills and competencies of tourism stakeholders and frontline service providers.

Through the FBSE program, the LGU of Dingalan aims to foster a culture of quality service, Filipino hospitality, and excellence across its offices and barangays—helping ensure that every visitor experiences the warmth and genuine hospitality that Filipinos are known for. 🇵🇭

Itinatakda ng Executive Order No. 491 ang mga patakaran para sa mga organisadong pribadong aktibidad sa Bayan ng Dingalan, tulad ng team building, outings, fun runs, hiking, camping, educational tours, seminars, conventions, at iba pang katulad na gawain.

📌 Para sa mga saklaw na aktibidad, kinakailangang:
✅ Magsumite ng written request sa Office of the Municipal Mayor para sa isasagawang aktibidad
✅ Makakuha ng permit mula sa Municipal Tourism Office (MTO)
✅ Bayaran ang mga naaangkop na bayarin
✅ Tiyakin ang kaligtasan, kaayusan, at pangangalaga sa kapaligiran
✅ Magsumite ng kinakailangang listahan ng mga kalahok

Makipag-ugnayan muna sa Pamahalaang Bayan bago magsagawa ng aktibidad sa Dingalan.
