We advise you not to proceed to the airport if your flight is cancelled, but instead avail of the rebooking options below.

FOR PASSENGERS OF CANCELLED FLIGHTS, you have the option to:

1. Convert your ticket to non-expiring Travel Credits equivalent to the unused segment of your ticket, excluding Ticketing Service Charge.

2. Rebook or Reroute your ticket to another flight with available space within 60 days from the original flight in the same booking class or higher within the same cabin class.

3. Refund ticket without penalties, excluding Ticketing Service Charge for partially used tickets. You may access the online self-reaccommodation tool for flight rebooking.

Simply click the Manage Tab, then select the Flight Disruption button in our homepage at www.philippineairlines.com.

Gradual Flight Restart Update, as of August 17, 6PM
We encourage guests to check this page for the most updated information on our flights. We hope for your understanding, as this is a developing situation, and we need to have an agile approach to our network schedule.

Agile network
It may be necessary for us to add or cancel flights at the last minute, given the fluidity of directives from the IATF, concerned LGUs and other government agencies.

Passenger updates
Rest assured, we are working round the clock to inform our passengers in a timely manner, through the contact information provided in their bookings. Passengers who booked through travel agencies or any other third party are strongly urged to check with them for information regarding their flights before their travel dates.

Flight status check
Before going to the airport, please check for real-time Flight Status on our website bit.ly/CEBFlightStatusCheck. Please do not go to the airport unless you have verified and confirmed your flight schedule.

Travel requirements
In line with directives from the Philippine government, all Cebu Pacific passengers will be required to wear face shields during the entire flight, effective August 15, 2020. This is on top of the mandatory use of face masks upon entering the airport terminal until arrival at the destination.
Please continue checking with your local governments on the required travel documents that will need to be presented at the airport, during this time.

Flexible flights
Travel with peace of mind with the following flexible booking options:

Unlimited Rebooking - Rebook your flight as many times as you want, up to 2 hours before your flight. Guests who wish to book new flights or forego travel plans (existing bookings) can now avail of Unlimited Rebooking. This applies to guests traveling until November 30, 2020. Change fee is waived. A minimal fare difference may apply.

2-Year Travel Fund - Store the full value of your booking in a virtual wallet, now valid for use up to 2 years. Guests who would like to postpone their travel to a much later date can manage their bookings and choose Travel Fund. This applies to bookings for travel until November 30, 2020. Travel Fund* or "virtual wallet" can store the full value of your booking, which can be easily used to book new flights in the future, as far as 2023. Its validity is now extended from one (1) year to two (2) years.

Guests with cancelled flights
Aside from above limited domestic and international schedules, all other flights remain cancelled until July 31, 2020. Passengers on cancelled flights may choose to place full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund valid for two (2) years; rebook to any other travel date as many times as you want; or opt for full refund.
