Sizzling Sisig Recipe🍴🔥👇 Our homemade version 1.0

500g pork belly (liempo) or pork face (maskara), boiled until tender

1 large onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

2–3 pcs calamansi (or 1 small lemon)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional, for creamy version)

1 tablespoon liver spread (optional, but authentic)

1 small chili (siling labuyo), minced (adjust to your spice level)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon cooking oil

1 egg (optional, for topping)

Butter (optional, for richer flavor)

Instructions:

1. Boil and Grill:
Boil the pork until tender (around 30–45 minutes). After boiling, grill or pan-fry the pork until the outside is crispy. Chop the pork into small cubes.

2. Sauté:
In a hot pan, heat oil. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add chopped onions and cook until slightly soft.

3. Add Pork:
Toss in the chopped pork. Stir-fry for a few minutes.

4. Season:
Add soy sauce, calamansi juice, liver spread (if using), and minced chili. Stir well. Adjust with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Creamy Version (Optional):
Turn off the heat and mix in mayonnaise if you like a creamier sisig.

6. Serving:

Serve on a sizzling plate if available.

Add a bit of butter on the plate before putting the sisig.

Crack an egg on top (optional), and mix it while it's hot. Enjoy!!!

Imagine watching from youtube to starting a small backyard and finally to a greenhouse lettuce farm 😍🌿

Welcome to lettuce farm in Dauin. They use the method of hydroponic farming in order to grow lettuce organically without any use of pesticides or other chemicals. After 45 days they straight away harvest the lettuce manually from dawn to maintain its texture. They also supply big resorts and restaurant in Dauin and currently planning for expansion in order to boost supply over demands.For now,the distribution is set locally and let us wait until the expansion will took place so that they can supply more 🤩

P.S: The best lettuce salad strsight away from the farm 🥗 no need for dressings!
