ANNOUNCEMENT | TO ALL PRIMARY AND SECONDARY TOURISM ENTERPRISES IN EL NIDO.

WHAT: THE DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM (DOT) MIMAROPA REGION-TOURISM REGULATION DIVISION (TRD) WILL CONDUCT MOBILE ACCREDITATION OF PRIMARY AND SECONDARY TOURISM ENTERPRISES IN EL NIDO.

This activity is foreseen to saturate the campaign for DOT Accreditation and validate the health and safety protocols of the establishments in the Municipality.

WHEN: APRIL 18 TO 20, 2022.

Please prepare the complete documentary requirements and submit an application in the Dot online accreditation portal one(1) week prior to the conduct of the activity

PUERTO PRINCESA UNDERGROUND RIVER, MAGBUBUKAS NA SA DECEMBER 1

Magbubukas na ang Puerto Princesa Underground River na pangunahing tourist destination sa lungsod.

Ito mismo ang kinumpirma ni Park Superintendent Beth Maclang sa personal na pagtungo ng Radyo Bandera sa lugar.

Aniya, sa December 1 ay tatanggap na ang mga ito ng mga turista para pumasok sa pamosong destinasyon sa lungsod.

Nabatid na nang magsimula ang pandemyang dulot ng COVID-19 ay isinara sa publiko ang mga dinarayong lugar sa lungsod at isa na rito ang PPUR.

Dahil rin dito ay maraming mga manggagawa ang naapektuhan na ang pangunahing hanap-buhay ay may kaugnayan sa turismo.

Sa muling pagbubukas ng Underground River, sinabi ni Maclang na dapat bakunado na ang mga papasok sa PPUR.

Upang mas maengganyo naman ang publiko ay discounted na ang entrance fee na dati ay aabot ng P500 ngunit ngayon ay P100 na lang.

Maging ang renta sa bangka at mga accommodation sa Sabang ay tiyak na discounted na rin.
