EXCLUSIONS:
❌Kayak during island tour is not included. Rental fee is Php 300-400 per kayak to be paid to the boatman during the island tour.
❌Aqua shoes is an optional add-on.
❌Anything that is not mentioned in the tour package and inclusions.

Group Tour: The boatman’s itinerary will be strictly followed.
The tour itinerary is subject to change for valid causes beyond the management’s control.
Any deal and service not used during the tour due to bad or unfavorable weather conditions or for any valid causes beyond our control will not be refunded. For such cases, exchange to other deal is on a case-to-case basis and subject to availability.
Travelkaya management will not be held liable if the person/group is unable to arrive due to flight cancellation or other valid causes beyond our control – such as but not limited to technical maintenance problem of the transportation, changes of flights by the airline, threat of terrorism, industrial dispute, natural disaster & bad or unfavorable weather conditions. No cancellation and refund.
Guests who are left behind after the departure time are not eligible for a refund. Exchange to other deal is on a case-to-case basis and subject to availability.
Guest with additional people on the actual date of the tour will be charged the tour’s prevailing rate.
Accommodation included on the package are bunk beds but you have the option to upgrade it to private room, hence, there will be a corresponding payment.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel prices and/or unforeseen economic circumstances. In the case of human or computer error the management reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service.
