PUBLIC ADVISORY
STRICT IMPLEMENTATION OF DISCIPLINARY HOURS FOR MINORS

In line with our mandate to maintain peace, order, and the welfare of our youth, the Local Government of Estancia together with the Estancia Municipal Police Station will strictly implement:

AN ORDINANCE SETTING DISCIPLINARY HOURS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ESTANCIA FOR MINORS FROM 10:00 P.M. TO 5:00 A.M., PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES / OFFENSES:

a. Minors are strictly prohibited from roaming, loitering, wandering, staying, or meandering in all public places within Estancia during the disciplinary hours of 10:00 P.M. to 5:00 A.M., whether alone or in groups, without lawful purpose or justifiable reason.

b. Parents/guardians are prohibited from knowingly permitting or through insufficient control allowing their minor children to remain in any public place within Estancia during the said disciplinary hours.

Strict monitoring and enforcement will be carried out. Offenders and negligent parents/guardians shall be held liable under this ordinance.
