A total of 50 domestic and international flights have been cancelled today, July 23, 2025, due to adverse weather conditions brought by the southwest monsoon (habagat), the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) reported.
The following Philippine Airlines flights are cancelled:

PR 2771/2772: Manila – Panglao – Manila
PR 2133/2134: Manila – Bacolod – Manila
PR 2527/2528: Manila – Cagayan de Oro – Manila
PR 300/301: Manila – Hong Kong – Manila
The following Cebgo flights are cancelled:

DG 6501: Cebu – Manila
The following Cebu Pacific flights are also cancelled:
