A total of 50 domestic and international flights have been cancelled today, July 23, 2025, due to adverse weather conditions brought by the southwest monsoon (habagat), the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) reported.
The following Philippine Airlines flights are cancelled:

PR 2527/2528: Manila – Cagayan de Oro – Manila
