PASSPORT-ON-WHEELS is heading to Northern Samar!
Get the chance to process your passport without having to leave Northern Samar!
As part of our Ibabao Festival 2025 in celebration of the 60th Founding Anniversary of Northern Samar, Governor Edwin Ongchuan and the Provincial Government of Northern Samar, in partnership with the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) is bringing the Passport-On-Wheels Program to the Provincial Capitol, Catarman, to make new passport applications or renewals easy for you.
Whether you’re getting a passport for work, vacation or any other reason, grab this opportunity to apply or renew your passport right here at the Capitol. Have your documents ready for the Passport-on-Wheels Registration on June 8, 2025.
Here’s what you need to know:
1.) You need to register your passport application on June 8, 2025 to save you a slot for the actual processing on July 1-3, 2025. This will be the initial verification of your documents and the encoding of your data, the basis to grant you an appointment. Bring the required documents with you and submit for pre-assessment, along with your accomplished application form which provides an active email address where the confirmation of appointment will be sent.

2.) After registration, wait for the order of payment indicating the payment reference number which will be sent to your email. Proceed to pay the corresponding passport fee (P1,250.00) at designated payment centers. After payment, expect an email confirming your appointment.
3.) Return on July 1-3, 2025 for the processing of your passport application by the DFA personnel. Your specific appointment date and time will be indicated in the confirmation email. This will be the time when your passport photo will be captured and you need to come in appropriate attire. Pay the passport courier fee after final processing.
