Once again, you amazed us with your exceptional service!

We were a group of 29 pilgrims travelling all the way from Saudi Arabia, carrying over 100 pieces of luggage and 29 boxes of Zamzam water and yet, check-in was handled smoothly, swiftly, and without any hassle.

Even when we faced issues with excess baggage, your team went the extra mile. Instead of letting us shoulder the high cost of extra kilos, you helped us save significantly by recommending an upgrade for some of our pilgrims from economy to business class, a thoughtful and practical solution that truly made a difference.

We are deeply grateful for your professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. Mabuhay, PAL! You continue to make every journey feel lighter and more meaningful.

Whether they hold public office or live private lives, their commitment to helping others fulfill this sacred pillar of Islam remains unwavering.

Alhamdulillah 🖤🕋

Naging matagumpay ang aming Umrah alhamdulillah. Nagkaroon din ng pagkakataon na ang lahat ng pilgrims ay makahawak sa Ruknul Yamany habang isinasagawa ang tawaf.

Isang karangalan din na makasama namin sa aming Umrah ang Director ng NCMF-Bureau of Pilgrimage and Endowment na si Dir. Zainoden Usudan at NCMF Commissioner Dra. Anna Kharima Minadalano-Lao at kanilang mga kasamahan sa opisina. Gantimpalaan nawa sila ni Allah

Dalangin namin na tanggapin ni Allah ang aming mga gawaing pagsamba. At dalangin namin na maimbitahan kayo ni Allah upang makapagsagawa ng Umrah at Hajj insha Allah!
