We, Team BOSCAT, have wholeheartedly accepted the challenge and honor of hosting this yearโs Grand Eye Ball. It is with great excitement that we begin the preparations for what we hope will be a memorable and meaningful gathering for all.
However, we humbly ask for one very important thingโyour full support.
Organizing an event of this scale is no easy task. It involves time, effort, and resources, and we can only move forward with proper planning if we have a clear idea of attendance. For this reason, we kindly request each team to finalize and submit their list of confirmed attendees by the date we will provide.
We hope you understand that this deadline is not meant to pressure anyone, but rather to ensure that all preparations are appropriate and sufficient for everyoneโs enjoyment and comfort. If we find that the expected number of attendees is too low, we may be left with no choice but to reconsider holding the event.
We know everyone is excited, and we truly want this to push through. All we ask is your cooperation and understanding as we move forward with planning.
