BOOKING CONDITIONS
- “As Low As” rate is based on a minimum of 30 participants.
- Should the group fall below the minimum number of participants, we have the right to cancel or reschedule the tour, otherwise a supplement may apply based on the actual number of participants.
- There is a non refundable $500 deposit required to secure a slot.
- Full payment must be made once visa is granted or 45 days prior to departure - whichever comes first.
- Penalties and/or specific conditions will apply for cancellations made after the confirmation of tour participation, in addition to the forfeiture of the deposit.
- Rebooking, reissuance, extensions, and other revisions to the tour are subject to conditions, approval, availability and surcharge.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Rates are based on sharing double or sharing twin rooms. Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability.
- Solo travelers are subject to single supplement.
- Single rooms are subject to hotel availability.
- Child rate is applicable for 1 child without bed, sharing with 2 adults. Child rate is not applicable for 1 adult and 1 child in a room.
- The order of the tours may change depending on the ground situation.
