AirAsia is set to gradually resume selected domestic flights on June 5, 2020. We would like to inform our guests that AirAsia domestic flights will be temporarily moved to Terminal 3 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport from its previous location at Terminal 4.

The temporary suspension of Terminal 4 operations is until further notice by airport authorities.

Regarding domestic flight suspensions starting March 15 - APRIL 14, 2020 TO and FROM MANILA ONLY (again to and from Manila domestic only). We're are still waiting on the Official statement of the Airlines for the options we can offer to all of you.

We understand the situations now. We will keep monitoring all of your flights. As of now "March 12 / 22:00 PST we are still awaiting the decision of the Airline. Just leave your contact number and we will revert you as soon as possible to settle if you have affected flights.

Travel fund and free rebooking from March 10 to April 30, 2020

Cebu Pacific flights continue to operate as scheduled, however, we have received rebooking and cancellation requests from our passengers in light of COVID-19. Hence, we made changes to our booking policies to provide our passengers with flexibility and peace of mind:

Passengers traveling to Philippine and international destinations from March 10 to April 30, 2020 who wish to rebook or cancel their flight have the following options:

1. Free Rebooking - Change fee is waived. Fare difference may apply.

2. Travel Fund - Put the full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund. The Travel Fund can be redeemed within 180 days and can be used for bookings as far as 12 months out

Passengers booking flights from March 10 to April 30, 2020 may avail of CEB Flexi for free. CEB Flexi allows passengers to rebook their flights up to two times. Simply select the “CEB Flexi” add-on during booking.
