A message to the clients.

If you saw a promo fare posted by the airlines and nag check ka na sa website or app nila, yan yung rates na ikaw ang magbobook and if ever na nagka problema ka, ikaw mismo mag-aayos nyan. Yes naka save ka ng konti. And that's fine ,it is your choice.

Pero ang hindi maganda, yung kumuha ka ng screenshot sa airline's website then show it to the travel agent,and then you compare the rate. Na kesyo mas mahal sa travel agent. Dear, you are not just paying for the ticket alone, you are paying for the service. If magkaka problema or kng may interruptions man ung flight mo, may travel agent na mag aasikaso sayo.

If nag base ka din sa promo ads ng airlines na **base fare only** ang nakalagay, that means, taxes are not yet included, wag nating ipilit yung paniniwalang "99 lang talaga daw yan". Bus nga from Naic to PITX 90petot na e.

Wala lang, nababasa ko lang frustrations ng mga agents. Hahaha. 🤣

To all with Cebu Pacific/CebGo and AirSWIFT flights, please take note of your flight numbers and terminal assignments.

On your tickets, you will find the IATA airline code followed by the flight number. For example, in the flight number "5J###," "5J" is the IATA airline code that indicates the operator of your flight.

If the IATA airline code is:
𝟓𝐉 (𝟓𝐉𝐗𝐗𝐗): These flights are operated by Cebu Pacific using larger commercial jet aircraft. These flights to and from Manila arrive at and depart from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3.
𝐃𝐆 (𝐃𝐆𝐗𝐗𝐗): These are operated by Cebgo using smaller turboprop aircraft. Please do take note that all flights from Manila to Siargao (IAO) and Masbate (MBT) now depart and arrive at Clark (CRK).
𝐓𝟔 (𝐓𝟔𝐗𝐗𝐗): These flights are operated by AirSWIFT using smaller turboprop aircraft. These flights to and from Manila arrive at and depart from NAIA Terminal 2.

If you are confused or need clarifications, I suggest that you get in touch with Cebu Pacific directly. Please do not post your questions related to your specific flights in the comments section for a more direct answer from the airline itself.
