As of today, Starlite Ferries only accepts passengers with complete requirements. Bilang pagsunod sa LGUs, pinapayagan lamang po na bumiyahe ang mga LSI (Locally-stranded Individuals), APOR (Authorized Personnel Outside Residence), at ROF (Returning Overseas Filipinos).

The most important thing right now is your safety. Kaya naman, patuloy ang pagsunod ng Starlite Ferrries sa mga patakaran at patuloy naming pinapanatili ang kalinisan at kaayusan sa aming mga barko. Sa aming mga pasahero, maraming salamat po sa inyong suporta at pag-unawa.

This is to officially inform you of the guidelines provided by the government with regard to passengers who are allowed to travel via sea.

Below are the 𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥:

We would like to share with you the inter-region guidelines from the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region 6 regarding the issuance of travel authority for Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIS).

Please be guided accordingly.

CEB Advisory
As of May 30, 2020, 8:00pm

Cebu Pacific will resume operations on June 2, 2020, with a limited number of domestic flights out of NAIA Terminal 3.

We will restart with four flights, with the following routes:
June 2-4 Manila-General Santos-Manila
June 3-4 Manila-Naga-Manila
Manila-Cagayan de Oro-Manila
Manila-Cebu-Manila

Meanwhile, all international flights remain suspended from June 1 to 30, 2020.

Leisure travel is not allowed, as per government guidelines. Guests must check with the local governments of their origin and destination for the required documents.

We continue to work with the IATF, as well as national and local authorities on restarting flights. This is a developing situation. We may reduce or add flights depending on passenger demand, quarantine conditions and travel restrictions.

We encourage guests to check the email addresses they provided upon booking for updates on their
flights. Before going to the airport, guests can check their Flight Status on our website

Due to the extension of enhanced community quarantine, all 2GO Travel voyages from March 17, 2020 to May 15, 2020 are now cancelled.

Passengers may rebook their tickets to other available departure dates (excluding Dec. 16, 2020 to Jan. 15, 2021) or opt to refund even after departure date.Tickets are valid within one year from the date of issuance.

We advise all affected passengers to wait for the lifting of the community quarantine before visiting our ticketing office and to observe social distancing.

STARLITE ADVISORY: Due to the extension of the Enhanced Community Quarantine, all passenger trips for all routes are still cancelled until May 15, 2020.

For rolling cargo, we still have trips for Batangas to Calapan, Calapan to Batangas, Batangas to Caticlan and Caticlan to Batangas.

For rebooking or refund requests, kindly coordinate it to the corresponding ticket sellers where you bought the tickets (i.e. website, travel agent, ticketing office).

CEBU PACIFIC Advisory
As of April 24, 2:30pm

All domestic and international Cebu Pacific and CebGo flights remain cancelled from May 1 to 15, 2020. This is in line with the extension of Enhanced Community Quarantine imposed over much of Luzon, and implementation of General Community Quarantine over other provinces. Restrictions are also implemented by local governments across the Philippines.

We will continue to mount all-cargo flights to help transport vital goods across the Philippines.

We will provide updates on when we will restart passenger operations, as soon as possible.
