Two months ago along with 2 of my buddies in church, I joined a contest by called Juan For Fun. For 7 days, we hovered around the Philippines for free! With 30,000 in our pocket, our objective was to do the most number of fun activities with the least expenses. The pressure with the money was taxing, but just as what that event wanted us to do, we had fun and won new friends. Got declared as the winners too! :) Great thanks to the one who chose to sponsor our team ^_^ And to Cebu Pacific and Primetech, cheers!

The guy at Hualamphong Station. I just wanted to ask him if we were on the right platform to Aranyaprathet. I got a YES but he went on talking like forever during the 30-minute train delay until we boarded the train. He's Ian. From America. He's such a talker. I paid attention and felt like I was so good a listener. Well I really am and have always been that way. He's on the road for nearly 5 years now, and listening to all his stories were blah--amazing. I didn't ask him much but he kept jumping from one country to the next country. Not left out when he asked me about Korea because of the shirt I was wearing. Great thing was, he helped us get across Thai-Cambodia border--though I already knew how much easier it would be for us since we don't need a visa. Warned us of touts and of the mafia. Too bad though, we had to leave him from the immigration because it was taking him forever to find an ATM. We waited and he didn't return. Sorry. And nice to meet you. I hope to see you here in Siem Reap today!
