The Tangyan Festival flows with culture, nature, and community spirit in Igbaras, Iloilo from May 13 to 22. โœจ

Anchored on the theme, โ€œKabuganaan sa Tangyan, Aton Amligan, Aton Ipabugal sa Tanan!,โ€ the celebration highlights the natural heritage of the municipality while honoring the vital role of the Tangyan River in the lives and livelihood of the people of Igbaras.

Through nature-inspired activities, cultural presentations, and sports events, the festival showcases the traditions and connection of the community to the Tangyan River, which has long served as a source of irrigation, agriculture, and economic growth. The Tangyan Festival stands as a commitment to preserving and promoting the natural and cultural heritage of Igbaras for future generations. ๐Ÿ’ซ
