The Social Pulse Survey: Pulso ng Bayan Survey for the month of May 2026 highlights the Top Performing Mayors in the Province of Isabela, based on the voices and feedback of 1,000 respondents. Conducted during the survey period of June 1-3, 2026, with a margin of error of ±3%, the results reflect public satisfaction in terms of leadership, governance, and service delivery.
Topping the list is Mayor Sheena Tan of Santiago City, who emerged as the highest-performing mayor in Isabela with an impressive 95.7% performance rating, reflecting strong public trust and overwhelming approval from her constituents.
Following in second place is Mayor Jay Diaz of Ilagan City with 94.3%, while Mayor Caesar Dy Jr. of Cauayan City secured third place with 92.1%, both earning high marks for their leadership and commitment to public service.
In fourth place is Mayor Benedict Calderon of Roxas with 91.8%, followed closely by Mayor Joelle Panganiban of Angadanan with 91.4%, demonstrating sustained confidence from their respective communities.
