What an incredibly inspiring day for our guests! Day 3 was completely dedicated to exploring world-class academic institutions and the future of global education.

A morning visit to the iconic Namsan Tower and had our early lunch, a delicious Jjimdak to fuel our day in preparation for the school visits.

In the afternoon, an exclusive tour of Chadwick International School to study their cutting-edge facilities, diving into the history of Korean education and AI in the classroom.

An immersive campus experience at the Incheon Global Campus (IGC). Guided by exceptional student ambassadors, our guests split into groups to explore the facility from the 1st all the way to the 9th floor of the University of Utah in Asia Campus! We also learned about global degree tracks from SUNY Korea (Stony Brook & FIT), George Mason, and Ghent University and Art School.

To wrap up a monumental day of learning, we headed back to Hotel Bernoui in Seoul, gathering together to enjoy a comforting, hearty dinner of authentic Gamjatang (pork backbone stew). The perfect comfort food after a full day of walking and learning!

From iconic historical landmarks to immersive local culture, Day 2 of our exclusive South Korea Learning Tour was an absolute success! Here’s how Lakbay Diyalogo curated the perfect Monday for our amazing guests:

​Cultural Transformation: Our day began at Gyeongbokgung Palace, where we arranged a traditional hanbok experience. Watching our guests stroll through history and witness the majestic Changing of the Guards ceremony.

​Authentic Flavors: We fueled up for a busy afternoon with a hearty, authentic Samgyeopsal and Chicken BBQ feast.

​Nature & Adventure: Next, we enjoyed a seamless ferry ride to scenic Nami Island to take in the beautiful spring blooms, followed by a thrilling walk across the Soyanggang Skywalk!

​After checking into Sono Belle Vivaldi Park (Known for Ski Resort during winter), we wrapped up the night with a fun local experience—a convenience store dinner! Our guests tried out different Korean instant and microwaved treats, perfectly blending casual fun with true cultural immersion.

Today we made authentic Gochujang at the Gimpo Local Market (DMZ Union), ate our first healthy Bibimbap, and checked into Hotel Bernoui.

Day 2 in Inner Mongolia—and something within me quietly shifted.

What I thought would just be another destination on a 7-day journey slowly unfolded into something deeper, a feeling, a pull, an unspoken connection to a land and its people. Standing beneath the vast, endless sky, with grasslands stretching farther than the eye can see, I felt a kind of stillness that speaks louder than noise.

There’s a quiet strength here. In the wind, in the horses, in the stories carried by the Mongols of China—stories of resilience, of identity, of a way of life that remains rooted despite the passing of time.

Today wasn’t just about seeing Inner Mongolia. It was about beginning to understand it. And more than that, it awakened a longing in me—to know more, to listen more, to immerse deeper into the soul of this culture.

Two days in, and I already am feeling it --- this journey is not just about places. It’s about connection.
