𝗣𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆: 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗔𝗟 𝗣𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗺 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗵 𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗞𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗮 𝗞𝗵𝗺𝗮𝘂 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁
Starting September 9, 2025, all Philippine Airlines (PAL) flights to and from Phnom Penh, Cambodia will operate at the Krong Ta Khmau Techo International Airport (KTI) due to the closure of Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH) to commercial operations. These flights are as follows:

Departing MNL: 22:15 PM (MNL time)
Arriving KTI: 12:15 AM +1 (local time)
· 𝗣𝗥 𝟮𝟲𝟮𝟮 𝗣𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗺 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮 (We-Fr-Sa-Su)
Departing KTI: 01:15 AM (local time)
Arriving MNL: 05:10 AM (MNL time)

KTI is approximately an hour’s drive from PNH. There is currently no shuttle service between Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH) and Krong Ta Khmau Techo International Airport (KTI). However, alternative travel options are available to passengers, such as taxi services or ride-hailing apps.
If you are a passenger departing from Phnom Penh on or after September 9, 2025, you may avail of any of the following options:
· 𝗥𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁: Rebook your ticket in the same cabin class on a flight with available space within 60 days.
· 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘀: Alternatively, you can convert the value of your unused tickets into travel credits, which can be used for future ticket purchases and are valid for two years. As an added incentive, passengers affected by flight disruptions will receive a 5% incentive with their Travel Credits.
· 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱: If you choose not to rebook and opt for a refund, we will process the refund of your unused ticket (excluding the ticketing service charge).
