I may be selling properties, but I practice what I preach.

Why? Kasi, we see results sa amin na kinuha na property investing po;

I'll give you an amazing example, 1 example lang:
We'd invested 1 condo property dyan sa Iloilo started getting that last January 2022 as our 1st monthly payment, so this project na kinuha namin was not a pre selling, actually its an RFO eto, Ready for Occupancy na type na, so, this unit was handed over to us before middle of this year 2023, I'd had it fully furnished na rin as well and guess what?
Now, its starting to earn na daily with 2000 pesos rental rate income, is it big or small amount still?

Now, since its already earning na eto, we'll get another NEW one again, kasi self sustaining na eto, di ba? The rental income since it could pay for its monthly amortization na worth 23k lang, may sobra pa kami nga income for us na kita. Not to forget to mention, the appreciation value neto is increasing annually for about 6 to 8% based sa original Total Contract Price po.

😎‼️The best time to invest sa Properties was years back, and 2nd best time is TODAY, if later, its never good, bakit?‼️🫡

Kasi:
➡️ We are aging, banks won't let us apply for Home Loan kung matanda na tayo;😥

➡️ If we're aging, our employment hiring probability would be slim, kasi why?
There are lots of younger generations who are cheaply paid when compared to us na super expensive due to our accummulated experiences;🤔
