Additional Cancelled Flights Due to Security Situation in the Middle East
As of April 23, 2026; 4:00 PM

Cebu Pacific (CEB) continues to assess its flight operations to and from the Middle East amid the ongoing security situation in the region. As this remains a developing situation, further schedule adjustments may take place.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our passengers and crew, CEB has cancelled flights to and from Dubai scheduled until May 31, 2026.

Affected passengers have been informed via email.

1. Free Rebooking

Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund

Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund

A full refund of your ticket.

Passengers are encouraged to check their flight status at cebupacificair.com/flight-status and ensure their contact details are updated to receive timely notifications, and to monitor updates through CEB’s official social media accounts.

YIPES! AIRFARES TO INCREASE AS MUCH AS PHP 15,400!

If you are booking a flight from April 16 to 30, brace yourselves for a huge airfare increase depending on where you are going. The Civil Aeronautics Board has issued an interim passenger and cargo fuel surcharge for both international and domestic flights. The level was raised to level 19!

What does this mean?

Based on news reports, the fuel surcharges at Level 19 are as follows:
Domestic flights: P627 to P1,834
Foreign flights: P2,070.77 to P15,397.15
