This wedding setup, titled "Ethereal Cloudscape," is a breathtaking display of romantic maximalism. It utilizes layers of soft textiles and warm illumination to transform a structured ballroom into a dreamlike, celestial environment.

The most striking element of the design is the intricate ceiling treatment that lowers the visual height of the room for a more intimate feel. Massive swaths of sheer white organza and tulle are draped in deep, elegant swoops across the entire expanse. The fabric mimics the movement of clouds, softening the room’s architecture.

Strands of warm Edison bulbs are strung between the drapes, adding a rustic "starry night" glow that cuts through the ethereal white fabric.

The pathway to the stage is framed by a symmetrical arrangement of high-volume floral installations. Classical white fluted pedestals act as the foundation, each fitted with internal warm lighting to create a "glow-from-within" effect.

Each pedestal supports an oversized, dense arrangement of ivory hydrangeas and white roses. Interspersed among these are delicate, "frosted" white trees with thin, leafless branches that reach toward the ceiling drapes.

A deep red velvet carpet provides a bold, regal contrast to the otherwise monochromatic white palette, leading the eye directly to the couple's stage.

The Voyager 2026 setup is designed to be an immersive and educational experience that showcases the CPU College of Tourism’s commitment to providing a globally-focused tourism education. The focus on Halal tourism highlights the growing importance of this market and the college’s goal of preparing students for careers in this field.

The theme of luminaires is incorporated to represent light, knowledge, and enlightenment, aligning with the concept of a voyage of discovery. The use of geometric patterns and glass panes is inspired by traditional Islamic and Arab art, adding a touch of elegance and cultural significance to the setup.

The luminaires are positioned to cast shadows and highlights that mimic the patterns found in Islamic art, creating a visually stunning effect. Soft, ambient lighting is used to create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The glass panes are illuminated to showcase their intricate designs.

Traditional Islamic geometric patterns are used throughout the setup. These patterns are incorporated into the luminaires, the display boards, and the overall design of the exhibit. This mesmerizing 18th birthday celebration, conceptualized by the visionary event stylist Carl Michael Monteclaro Poblacion, brings the world-renowned beauty of a Boracay sunset indoors. The design is a masterclass in immersive storytelling, blending the vibrant energy of summer with the sophisticated allure of "Celestial Elegance."

The ceiling is transformed into a breathtaking panoramic sky using layered, flowing fabrics in a gradient of golden yellow, fiery orange, and soft violet. This fabric installation mimics the sweeping movement of clouds as they catch the last light of the sun over the horizon.

The pathway to the stage is flanked by towering geometric crystal pillars. These translucent structures are internally lit, suggesting the way light refracts through gemstones or the shimmering surface of the sea. They add a modern, high-concept edge to the organic sunset theme.

The backdrop features a stunning silhouette of Boracay's iconic palm trees against a glowing dusk sky. At the center sits a grand, golden sun-inspired throne, framed by oversized glowing floral sculptures that appear to bloom under the evening light.

Expertly placed starburst chandeliers hang like distant constellations, while cool blue and warm amber spotlights cut through the room. This lighting design creates a "Golden Hour" effect that feels both cinematic and intimate.
