Cebu Pacific and Cebgo are operating the following domestic flights from July 14 to 31, 2020, as aligned with regulations issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF), as well as limitations and restrictions set by the concerned local government agencies/units. ALL OTHER PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED DOMESTIC FLIGHTS THAT ARE NOT LISTED BELOW ARE CANCELLED.

Guests are STRONGLY URGED TO SELECT DESTINATIONS THAT ARE CLOSEST TO THEIR RESIDENCES, to be able to comply with directives from local authorities. The following PAL flights will be re-routed to land in CEBU (Mactan Cebu International Airport - CEB) instead of in Manila, because of quarantine processing limitations at Manila airport. THE REROUTING TO CEBU IS NECESSARY TO AVOID A FULL CANCELLATION OF YOUR FLIGHT.

• PR 103 departing Los Angeles (LAX)on July 10

-- will operate on July 10 (original date) as PR5103 (Los Angeles to Cebu), departing LAX at 11:55 PM, and arriving in CEB at 5:00 AM on July 12.

• PR 105 departing San Francisco (SFO) on July 8

-- will operate as PR 5105, (San Francisco to Cebu), departing SFO at 11:55 PM and arriving in CEB at 5:00 AM on July 10. (Note: Arrival gateway changed to Cebu instead, due to challenges in processing facilities at Clark and Manila airports.)

• PR 508 departing Singapore (SIN) on July 10

-- will operate on July 11 instead as PR5508 (Singapore to Cebu), departing SIN at 2:15 PM and arriving in CEB at 6:35 PM. The re-timing to a July 11 departure is necessary to align with the approved slots at Cebu airport.

• PR 508 departing Singapore (SIN)on July 12

-- will operate on July 13 instead as PR5508 (Singapore to Cebu), departing SIN at 2:15 PM and arriving in CEB at 6:35 PM. The re-timing to a July 13 departure is necessary to align with the approved slots at Cebu airport.

• PR 437 departing Nagoya (NGO) on July 11

URGENT UPDATE – Change of Routing - As of July 7, 2020, 2:00 PM

Attention - Passengers departing from San Francisco on July 8:

We are compelled to change once again the re-routing plan for your flight PR5105 (formerly PR105). Instead of Clark, your flight will land in Cebu (Mactan Cebu International Airport).

Clark is no longer available because the authorities have reported challenges affecting Clark’s testing and quarantine facilities on the morning of the planned arrival on July 10. To avoid the cancellation of your flight, we have made arrangements with the Mactan Cebu authorities to allot arrival processing and quarantine facilities on that day so that your flight can proceed to Cebu instead.

The flight will now operate as PR 5105, departing SFO at 11:55 PM on July 8 and arriving in CEB at 5:00 AM on July 10.

Dear PAL Passengers:

Our flight schedules are highly subject to change for reasons beyond our control. We may have to cancel, add or adjust our planned flights, based on international and provincial entry restrictions as well as COVID testing/quarantine limitations at specific airports.

📌International flights (effective from July 1)

Note: Certain flights may be re-routed to land in Cebu or in Clark instead of Manila, due to limited COVID testing slots in Manila. If so, passengers will undergo testing and hotel quarantine at their gateway point in Cebu or Clark. PAL will arrange for transfer to Manila for those who receive negative test results, usually within 24 to 48 hours of testing.

📌Domestic flights (effective from July 6)

Note: We may have to cancel flights, add frequencies or adjust our planned schedules, based on evolving entry restrictions and requirements set by local government units (LGUs). PAL coordinates closely with all LGUs and complies with their approvals and conditions.

📌MANILA (NAIA) Terminal Assignments

All ourINTERNATIONAL flights from Manila will depart from NAIA Terminal 1. Arrivals will be at NAIA Terminal 2.

Departure and arrival of all DOMESTIC flights will be at NAIA Terminal 2.

📌ATTENTION - ALL MANILA-BOUND PASSENGERS: WHAT TO EXPECT

You will undergo the required COVID testing in Cebu rather than in Manila, and quarantine at a Cebu hotel accredited by the Philippine health and tourism authorities.

Once you receive a negative test result (usually within 24 to 48 hours of the test), PAL will fly you from Cebu to Manila at no extra charge. Please note that the cost for the COVID tests and the quarantine hotel will be borne by the traveler, whether the tests and quarantine take place in Cebu or Manila (except that, for Overseas Filipino Workers - OFWs, the government will shoulder the cost of tests and accommodation).
