MANILA TO POLILLO ISLAND BY BUS & RORO! 🚢🚌

Big development for one of Quezon Province’s isolated islands! Raymond Transportation is set to launch a new route from its terminal in Legarda, Manila to Burdeos, Quezon, in Polillo Island on February 18. YES, Polillo Island in Northern Quezon!

Currently, Raymond operates multiple trips from Manila to Infanta, Quezon, via Famy, Laguna. This new route is expected to take the same path, but will now include a 2.5-hour ferry ride from Ungos Port in Real, Quezon, docking at Polillo Port before finally heading north to Burdeos, Quezon.

Isang sakay na lang papunta sa magagandang beach ng Polillo Group of Islands! Exciting times ahead for Northern Quezon, and a big milestone for Raymond Transportation as they are set to become the first bus company to connect Metro Manila and Polillo Island.

Camp John Hay Club Reopens Under New Management

Operations have officially resumed at the Camp John Hay Golf Club in Baguio City following a two-day lockdown imposed by the BCDA (Bases Conversion and Development Authority).

The club is now managed by GolfPlus and DuckWorld, marking a significant shift as Camp John Hay transitions into a public course. This comes after memberships and contracts under the previous management were rescinded through a legal resolution.

Golf enthusiasts can look forward to experiencing the scenic fairways and improved services under the new administration.

NAMRIA has updated the number of Philippine islands from 7, 107 to 7, 641.The updated count of islands in the Philippines increased from 7,107 to a higher number due to advanced technologies like Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (IFSAR). These islands remained undiscovered for years due to previous technological limitations and the dynamic nature of landforms in the archipelago.
