To maintain the high quality of service and excellence in our local tourism industry, all PTEs are required to secure a Tourism Endorsement Certificate prior to the issuance of a Business Permit.

This process ensures that our local establishments comply with the minimum standards set by the Department of Tourism (DOT) for quality and safety.
