🛩️ Major Flight Alert: Turboprop Routes Moving to Clark International Airport 🇵🇭
If you are planning a trip to the "Big Three" island destinations—✨ Coron (Busuanga), ✨ El Nido, and ✨Naga—take note of a significant change.
Cebu Pacific (CebGo) and AirSwift have announced that their turboprop operations are officially transitioning away from Manila’s NAIA Terminal 2.
💥 By the end of March 2026, these popular routes will operate exclusively out of 👉 Clark International Airport (CRK). While this aims to decongest Manila, it means travelers landing at NAIA will now need to factor in a 2 to 3-hour transfer to Clark to catch their island connections.
✨ THE PHILIPPINES TRAVEL TAKE:✨
This is a "logistics alert" for anyone booking multi-island itineraries. The move to Clark can actually be a blessing—the airport is world-class and much faster to navigate than NAIA—but only if you plan for it.
💥 Strategy: 💥
If you're coming from an international flight into Manila, don't book a tight connection to El Nido. Instead, consider staying a night in Clark or looking for direct international flights that land straight at CRK to skip the Manila traffic altogether.
