Tagaytay Vacation House for Rent (Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis)

It’s a perfect treat for the whole family who loves nature.

It’s a two (2) level house with individual spacious veranda overlooking taal lake. A perfect view of Taal Volcano, Talisay and other neighboring towns of Batangas.

The first level has three (3) rooms, living room all fully air conditioned and kitchen. Each room has two (2) king sized bed and one (1) toilet and bath. The lower level is a studio type fully air conditioned with two (2) king sized bed, kitchen, toilet and bath. It has strong water and garage that can accommodate up to 3 cars.

Furnished with: Cignal Cable TV, Videoke, Shower Heater, Electric Stove, Rice Cooker, Kitchen Wares, BBQ Grills, Refrigerator, Clean Bed Sheets and Blanket. Just bring individual TOWEL.

Overnight rate:

Php 7,000.00 - 3 room, maximum of twelve (12) person.
Php 9,000.00 - 4 room, maximum of sixteen (16) person.

Excess: Php 200.00 per head.

It’s a first come, first served basis! See to appreciate!!!!
Check-in time: 2pm up to 12 noon the following day.

PWDs, Wheel Chaired and with Saklay Person not advisable.

How to get there?

From Picnic Grove going to Palace in the Sky (People’s Park), turn right on the first road after Crosswind (Brittany). Reference point is the Iruhin Central Barangay Hall and The Lady of Love Day Care Center located at Ridgeview Village. From there, just follow the Meralco Post passing 8 Suites Hotel, Sarino Property, Barangay Basketball Court and Willie Revillame Property with more or less two (2) kilometers away from the highway. The house has one (1) gate painted with black and white lining, caretaker’s sari-sari store and two (2) water tank prominently seen from the outside. Complete address is 231 Ridgeview Village, Barangay Iruhin Central, Tagaytay City

My Caretaker Irene/Gamay will fetch you at “PICNIC GROVE EXIT GATE” along Calamba Tagaytay Road as designated PICK-UP POINT, by informing us at least one (1) hour allowance of your expected time of arrival, the plate number and color of your car for easy identification.

FACTS ABOUT TAAL VOLCANO
Taal Volcano is a tuff cone volcano located on the island of Luzon in the Philippines. Historical eruptions are concentrated on Volcano Island, an island near the middle of Lake Taal. The lake partially fills Taal Caldera, which was formed by powerful prehistoric eruptions between 140,000 to 5,380 BP. Viewed from Tagaytay Ridge, Taal Volcano and Lake presents one of the most picturesque and attractive views in the Philippines. It is located about 50 km (31 mi) south of the capital of the country, the city of Manila.
The volcano had several violent eruptions in the past causing loss of life in the island and the populated areas surrounding the lake, with the death toll estimated at around 5,000 to 6,000. Because of its proximity to populated areas and its eruptive history, the volcano was designated a Decade Volcano, worthy of close study to prevent future natural disasters. It is one of the active volcanoes in the Philippines and part of the Pacific ring of fire.
Taal Volcano and Lake are wholly located in the province of Batangas. The northern half of Volcano Island falls under the jurisdiction of the lake shore town of Talisay, and the southern half to San Nicolas. The other towns that encircle Taal Lake include Tanauan, Talisay, Laurel, Agoncillo, Santa Teresita, Alitagtag, Cuenca, Lipa, Balete and Mataas na Kahoy.
Permanent settlement in the island is prohibited by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology or PHIVOLCS, declaring the whole Volcano Island as a high-risk area and a Permanent Danger Zone (PDZ). Despite the warnings, poor families have settled on the island, risking their lives, earning a living by fishing and farming crops from the rich volcanic soil.
Although the volcano has been quiet since 1977, it has shown signs of unrest since 1991, with strong seismic activity and ground fracturing events, as well as the formation of small mud pots and mud geysers on parts of the island. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) regularly issues notices and warnings about current activity at Taal, including ongoing seismic unrest.
