✈️ AIRPORT SAFETY CHECKLIST
BEFORE GOING TO THE AIRPORT
• Secure passport, ID, ticket, visa (if required)
• Lock your luggage (padlock or combination lock)
• Wrap your luggage in plastic (available at airports or DIY)
• Take a photo or video of your bags before leaving
• Pack valuables in your carry-on (cash, phone, documents)
• Avoid bringing prohibited items (liquids over 100ml, sharp objects, etc.)

AT THE AIRPORT
• Never leave your bag unattended
• Always keep an eye on your bag during x-ray/scanning
• Be alert when security or other personnel handle your luggage
• Politely decline help from strangers with your bags
• Do not accept packages from strangers
• Be alert to suspicious behavior or distractions

IF SOMETHING SUSPICIOUS HAPPENS
• Stay calm and respectful
• Record the incident (photo or video if safe to do so)
• Ask for the airport police or a supervisor
• Don’t sign any documents without legal help
• Inform a trusted friend, family member, or lawyer immediately

• Use a crossbody or anti-theft bag for documents and money
• Know emergency contacts (airline, embassy if traveling abroad)
