At Southland College, our 3rd-year students are not only learning but excelling in Front Office Operations, specifically in handling hotel reservations. In a simulated real-life scenario, they demonstrated their skills using a Hotel Reservation System.๐Ÿ’ป๐Ÿ’ป๐Ÿ’ปโŒจ๏ธ

The experience began with a warm welcome from the Concierge, who offered complimentary drinks and politely inquired about the guests' check-in and check-out dates and times. The students then efficiently filled out the registration form, carefully encoding the guests' preferences into the Hotel System.๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿธ๐Ÿน๐Ÿน๐Ÿพ

As the guests were escorted to their rooms, the students provided a thorough tour of the amenities, showcasing their knowledge and enthusiasm. Upon check-out, the guests were assisted with their luggage, presented with a comprehensive folio and invoice, and bid farewell with genuine smiles.๐Ÿ›Œ

Throughout the process, our students showcased exceptional hospitality energy, active listening, and effective communication skills, demonstrating the heart of service that sets them apart.
