In response to continuing fluctuations in market fuel prices, management has decided to impose a Fuel Surcharge Policy to help manage the impact of increasing fuel costs on our daily operational expenses.

Effective March 18, 2026 a fuel surcharge will be imposed on all applicable services (such as shared and private boat and land transfers, vehicle rentals and tours) subject to weekly review and adjustment. The surcharge rate will be determined based on the prevailing market fuel prices and may increase or decrease accordingly. Currently, the fuel price is at PHP 96+ per liter, resulting in a 30% fuel surcharge on our services.

Our IT Department has already updated this adjustment in our system. Please note that this adjustment applies per booking.

The fuel surcharge rate will be reviewed and updated every week based on the latest available fuel price data issued by Department of Energy (DOE).

Any changes to the surcharge rate will be announced every Tuesday of the week and applied starting Wednesday until Tuesday of the following week.

We sincerely hope for your understanding regarding the ongoing fuel crisis, and we thank you for your continued support.

Following our advisory about updating transportation costs due to recent global developments affecting fuel prices, Southwest Tours our partner transfer provider will implement a temporary fuel adjustment mechanism to ensure continued reliable service.

Baseline diesel reference: ~₱60/L (DOE price as of March 2026)

Adjustment Guide:
• Up to ₱60 – No adjustment
• ₱61–₱63 – +3%
• ₱64–₱66 – +5%
• ₱67–₱69 – +7%
• ₱70+ – +10% (subject to review)

Adjustments will only apply once these fuel price thresholds are reached and will follow DOE updates.
